Our family has framed, hung, and finished drywall across Los Angeles for more than fifty years. Minera runs that trade knowledge through modern tools: takeoffs measured digitally from the drawings sheet by sheet, scopes written down before the contract, decisions documented while the job runs.

The technology

Six buildings transcribed from real plan sets, four residences and two commercial projects from public federal bids. Every member is an isolated element: framing, drywall cut at every opening, and T-bar ceiling grids, all measured live from their own geometry.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Minera Construction Group, Inc. holds CSLB license #1048488 with General B and C-9 Drywall classifications, and carries the contractor bond and insurance California requires. Certificates of insurance are available on request, and every California license can be verified at cslb.ca.gov.
What kind of projects do you take?
Drywall and interior packages across Los Angeles and Southern California — custom residential, whole-house renovations, multifamily, and commercial tenant improvements. Small patch-and-repair scopes get the same paperwork as full packages.
Do you self-perform the work?
Yes. Framing, hang, tape, and finish are performed and supervised by our own people — a third-generation drywall family, not brokered labor.
How do you estimate?
Takeoffs are measured digitally from the drawings, sheet by sheet, and every bid ships with a written scope letter — inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications spelled out before the contract.
