Minera Construction Group is a Los Angeles general contractor and specialty trade contractor focused on drywall, interiors, tenant improvements, and clean project delivery. The company is new; the trade knowledge behind it is not. Our family has framed, hung, and finished drywall across Los Angeles for decades — from hillside custom homes to multifamily buildings — and Minera is that experience run as a disciplined, licensed operating company.

We hold California General B and C-9 Drywall classifications, which means we can be your drywall sub on one job and hold the whole interior package on the next. Either way, the work is self-performed and supervised by people who know what good board work looks like.

What makes us different is how we run the paperwork. Every bid gets a real takeoff and a clean scope letter — inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications spelled out before the contract, not argued after it. Change orders are documented before extra work starts. COIs, preliminary notices, and closeout documents show up on time. GCs and property managers remember trades that make their job easier; that is the reputation we are building.
